Q. How do I get on the Agenda for the Selectmen's meeting?
A. Call the Selectmen at (781) 585-2700 and request
an appointment to see the Board. They will attempt to schedule you
for the first available meeting with the Board.
Q. How do I get a copy of past meeting minutes?
A. Meeting minutes have been archived on the Board of Selectmen's web page for your convenience.
Q. How do I get permission to use the Town House or Town Green for
an activity?
A. Anyone requesting permission to use the Town Green must first complete the Plympton Town Green Decoration request form and obtain Plympton Historical Commission approval. After obtaining Historical Commission approval, please fill out the Application
for Use of Town Property form and return it to the Selectmen's office.
Q. How do I request a copy of a public record?
A. Most documents created or received by the Board of Selectmen are considered
"public documents" and are available upon request. To request a copy of
a public document please submit the following information to the Board
in writing: your name, address, and the name and date of the document
requested. A processing fee of $0.20/page will be charged as well as clerical time for more extensive requests. Please note
that Massachusetts General Law protects certain types of documents from
public release; for example personnel records and pending litigation are
exempt from public disclosure.
