Plympton Cub Scouts Pack 53:
About

Cub Scouting is designed to support family life. It also helps to meet your boy’s growth needs such as learning new physical skills, getting along with boys of the same age, developing his mental processes, and developing conscience and personal independence. These are the development tasks a boy of this age needs to begin working on.

As you learn more about how Cub Scouting works and what goes on in a den and a pack, you will see that the program helps the boy in these five important developments needs. The uniqueness of Cub Scouting is that you, as his family, join the program with your boy. You will help him along the way.

Our mission for the boys is to make sure each boy has a fun and exciting year and to help each boy learn the value of his own worth. It’s one of the greatest gifts we can give him in today’s world.

We are looking for Adult Volunteers for Den Leaders, Pack Committee Members and overall help in any way possible!
