US Army Captain Jeffrey Joyce of Plympton is deployed to Afghanistan and has sent these images of students at a school in Kandahar. Capt. Joyce is leading an effort to provide supplies and clothing for the students, and Plympton residents have contributed generously to the cause. Note the "Thank You Town of Plympton" signs held by many of the children here at the Shirzai school.
